IXR Mobility Travelers have the right not to be subject to discriminatory treatment by IXR for exercising their privacy rights under and IXR Mobility will not discriminate on that basis. However, IXR Mobility may charge a Traveler a different price or rate during specific operational times of services due to demand or surge times.

IXR Mobility stores personal information on secured dedicated server in the United States of America. IXR Mobility does warrant the security of our dedicated server. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
